If you just started or don't have any agents hired yet, you can add a new agent to your account by following these steps:
You will find the option to add more agents in the agent section. Click on it to explore the available agents. Look at the list of agents and find the specific one you wish to hire. Under their avatar, you will see the option "Add Now."
To start a conversation with the newly hired agent, click the "Chat Now" button. This action will open a conversation window where you can interact with the agent.
If you already have agents on board, you can also initiate a new conversation by following these steps:
Navigate to the "Chats" tab.
Select the agent you wish to chat with and look for the plus sign. This action will enable you to start a new chat.
Following these straightforward instructions, you can effortlessly add new agents to your account or initiate conversations with existing agents.
