If you just started or don't have any agents hired yet, you can add a new agent to your account by following these steps from our article on How to hire an agent.
To start a conversation:
Navigate to the "Chats" tab.
Select the agent you wish to chat with.
This action will open a conversation window where you can interact with the agent.
