Head over to the "Widgets" section and click on the one you'd like to tweak.
You'll land on the widget's overview page.
Look on the left side of the screen, there's a menu with all sorts of options for that widget.
Click on the “Delete” option.
You’ll be taken to a confirmation page, if you are sure you want to delete your widget, click on “Permanently Delete This Widget”.
By deleting your AI Widget, all associated contacts and their messages will be forgotten. Any data that is specifically resulted out of this widget's usage (such as its contacts, conversations, messages, media, and similar) will be erased.
Additionally, all associated integrations will be removed from the Agent.so platform, including credentials. Data will no longer sync to or from your integrations and you will not be able to recover this data.
Tip: you can also get to the delete widget page from the context menu of each widget’s card.
