What is the refund policy?

We get it; sometimes things don't work out as planned or perhaps Agent.so may not be exactly what you were looking for. That's why we've got a refund policy in place.

Here's the gist of it: If you want to cancel your membership, you can do so and receive a refund, provided you let us know within the first 14 days of starting.

If you do cancel in this period, we'll return your membership fee to you.

Remember, if you've used any of your Agent.so credits, we'll have to take these off your account. This could potentially leave you with a negative balance. So if you'd like to continue using our apps, you'll need to have a positive balance.

One thing to note though, we're only able to offer you a refund for your membership once.

That means if you've bought the membership, received a refund, and then decide to buy the membership again, we probably won't be able to refund it a second time.

Past the initial 14-day refund period, if you decide to cancel and request a refund, we'll take a look at each situation individually.
