What are behavior modes?

Learn how your agent can use the training data in different ways.

Behavior modes are kind of like personality settings that you can adjust for your agent.

They give you the ability to control how your agent uses its training during its interactions and conversations.

Universal Mode

In the default mode, your agent uses all the information it's been trained on, along with the Universal Knowledgebase.

The Universal Knowledgebase is a vast information base that's built from the wide array of general knowledge the AI model has been trained on, like popular topics and commonly asked questions.

But what if sometimes you want your AI to be a bit more focused? Maybe you're using your agent to handle specific questions about your business, or maybe you've trained it on a very particular subject matter.

Restricted Mode

In restricted mode, your agent will only use the information you trained it with, leaving out the Universal Knowledge.

By default, your agent will use all available information during conversations. This includes everything you've trained it on, as well as the Universal Knowledgebase.

In some cases, you may want to restrict your agent's knowledge to only what you've trained it on. This can be useful if you're using your agent to answer questions about your business or if you're using it to answer questions about a specific topic.

You can adjust the behavior mode settings whenever you want by switching from Universal to Restricted anytime!

So, whether you need a jack-of-all-trades or a subject matter expert, your AI agent has got you covered!
