Easy! Here's how you can do it:
Start by finding the Chats section. You'll see this on the left sidebar of your dashboard.
Find the Agent you've chatted with that you want to delete. Go through your Agents listed under the Chats section and find the right one. Once you've found the Agent, select the chat you want to forget.
When you're in the chat window, look towards the top-right corner. You'll see three dots - this is an options menu. Click on these three dots, and a drop-down menu will appear with different options.
Look through the menu and find an option that says "Forget." That's the one you need. Click it!
But here's something you should remember:
Once you forget a conversation by using "Forget This Conversation", you can't bring it back.
This is a permanent action. So, before you go ahead and forget anything, make sure this is really what you want to do. It's always good to double-check.
