Click on your Avatar: When you're on the Agent.so platform, look at the top right corner. You'll see your avatar. Go ahead and click on it and then choose "My Account".
Navigate to "Memberships": After you click on "My Account," look for the "Memberships" tab.
Locate "Cancel Renewal": Once you're in the "Memberships" section, you will need to find the "Cancel Renewal" button. Don't hesitate to click on it as soon as you locate it.
Proceed to the confirmation page: Upon clicking "Cancel Renewal," you will be redirected to a confirmation page. This is to make sure you want to cancel your membership.
Complete the cancellation process: Finally, you'll land on a confirmation page provided by our payment processor, Stripe. Here, you'll be given the option to continue and finalize the cancellation of your plan.
