Here are the steps you can follow:
Click on your Avatar: When you're on the Agent.so platform, look at the top right corner. You'll see your avatar. Go ahead and click on it and then choose "My Account".
Navigate to "Membership": After you click on "My Account," look for the "Membership" tab.
Locate "Manage Billing": Once you're in the "Memberships" section, you will need to find the "Manage Billing" button.
Complete the cancellation process: Finally, you'll land on a confirmation page provided by our payment processor, Stripe. Click on the Cancel subscription button.
